Khloe Joins Forces With U By Kotex...

Making her rounds in NYC yesterday, Khloe K hit up Madison Square Garden and joined forces with U by Kotex to encourage women to join in the Declaration of Real Talk campaign...

What It Is: The Declaration of Real Talk is part of the launch of the innovative and stylish U by Kotex product line developed by Kimberly-Clark, creators of the Kotex brand and the feminine care category.  The line was created in response to women’s shared frustration with today’s institutional look and uninspired attitude of the feminine care category.

Featuring sleek black packaging and brightly colored wrappers, the self-expressive design of the tampons, pads and liners mirrors the line’s goal of supporting women in having bold discussions about their health. The line was created in response to women’s shared frustration with today’s institutional look and uninspired attitude of the feminine care category.

What U Can Do: For every woman who joins the movement by signing the Declaration of Real Talk and/or recording an empowering statement at http://www.ubykotex.com/, U by Kotex will make a $1 donation(1) to Girls For A Change - a national non-profit organization that empowers girls to create and lead social change within their communities. U by Kotex shares a common mission with Girls For A Change and is taking the lead in encouraging young women to spark a new conversation that is long overdue in feminine care.

With a sledgehammer in hand,  Khloe helped break down a wall filled with feminine care euphemisms symbolizing all of the barriers facing young women today...

I did this for Kendall and Kylie because I was disgusted with the information they were bringing home -- they were so uncomfortable talking about something that is natural and I would do anything to protect my baby sisters.

I wish this kind of campaign was around when I was younger.  Like many young females today, I didn't like talking about Aunt Flow.  I think this is a great way to encourage girls to talk about their bodies without being embarrased.  A lot are confused and just too embarrased to ask questions and express concerns.

Sidebar: Can we discuss the shoes? OMG, I die!
