Celebs hit up the Critics Choice Awards last night in Santa Monica California. Most of the ladies opted for a fresh, barely there makeup look... which I LUV!
Here are a few of my favs for the night:
Angela Bassett was a little more daring and rocked a lavender shadow and a nude lip, proving it's ok to be a little daring at any age. Me likey!

1/10/09, 4:16 PMI have been trying to achieve that "red-carpet glow" for my skin, but have been striking out thanks to the dry-ish patches on my cheeks. Things I've tried have been either great on my cheeks and too greasy on the forehead or visa versa. A friend suggested the Luminizing Face Primer by Sally Hansen Natural Beauty and imagine my surprise! it's genius! My skin glows like I was born yesterday, but I don't look all greased out. I usually wear it under my foundation which allows me to use less foundation and creates a nice finish. But recently on lazy days i've been wearing it alone and the pearly quality makes me look so polished with little effort. And it was only $10!
