Maybelline is coming out with their version of the vibrating mascara. Next month they will launch Pulse Perfection Vibrating Mascara, a battery operated mascara that vibrates horizantally to coat lashes from root to tip. Compared to other brands vibrating wands, which range from $32 - $34, Pulse Perfection will retail for $14.99.
