Spa Review: Caudalie Vinotherapie Spa

Last month during Spa Week, my cousin, my aunt and I decided to book facials at Caudalie Spa in the Plaza Hotel.  We each got the 45 Min Caudalie Vinotherpie Spa Facial and I must say, it was one of the best facials I've ever had!...

Ambiance/Decor:  Ladies locker room was clean and provided plush, comfy robes along with Caudalie products on counters for use.  The waiting area is a spacious area with comfy lounge chairs, tables, fresh grapes, water and a wall of wine.  The treatment room itself was a small and lovely room with the treatment bed facing a large window overlooking a small garden-like area.  Don't worry, it's completely private and no one can see you in the room.  Loved the soothing earth tone color palette of the spa.  Overall ambiance was very nice, clean and relaxing!

Staff: Extremely friendly and professional.  We were immediately greeted upon entering the spa.  Staff was present in both the locker room and lounge to accommodate your needs.  A great experience with staff from beginning to end.

Service:  My technician was Big City Beauty's Lia.  This was my first time meeting Lia and it was a wonderful experience.  During my facial, she explained everything she was doing and what products she would be using.  The facial included a cleansing, extractions, mask and a light massage.  I loved the feel and aroma of the products and the use of the clarisonic brush during my service.  Honestly, one of the best facials I have ever had. (Did I say that already?) My skin was glowing...daysssss after!

The Highs: Great ambiance, Friendly staff, Wonderful facial.

The Lows: The regular prices are very high.  Aside from that, I have no complaints!

Final Verdict: If money is not an issue, I would definitely recommend this spa.  I had a great experience and will be returning, maybe not as often as I would like though.  If the regular $185 price is a bit much, I would definitely mark my calender for October's spa week and pray they will participate again!

* Sorry for the lack of pics, I actually forgot my camera in my bag in the locker room!

I second that! It was truly a relaxing experience! I even think I fell asleep during the facial! :-)

Oh wow! Thanks for this- I'm dying to check this spa out! Looks like it'll have to be during Spa Week, unless I'm gifted with a certificate. ;)
